How to request deletion
Send an email to info@towride.com.ua with the subject:
Data deletion request
Required information
- phone number used in the app;
- which app you use: TowRide Client or TowRide Driver;
- short confirmation that you want to delete your account data.
What may be deleted
We will delete or anonymize account data where possible, including profile details and personal identifiers that are no longer required for service operation.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, safety, dispute resolution or payment purposes. Retained data will be limited to what is necessary.
Processing time
We aim to process deletion requests within a reasonable time after verifying the request.
