1. Who we are
TowRide is a service platform for towing requests. The platform includes a client application for ordering towing services and a driver application for accepting and completing towing orders.
2. Data we may collect

3. Location and background location
The TowRide Driver application may use background location only while the driver is online or performing an active order. Background location is needed to show the driver's movement to the client, track trip progress, calculate factual driven distance, and maintain order status when the driver temporarily switches apps or the screen is locked.
The TowRide Client application uses location to help select pickup/destination points and to display the progress of an active order.
4. How we use data
- to create and manage user accounts;
- to create, accept, dispatch and complete towing orders;
- to display routes and order status;
- to calculate factual trip distance and service information;
- to provide customer support and investigate service issues;
- to protect the platform from abuse and technical problems.
5. Sharing of data
We do not sell user personal data. Data may be shared only when required to provide the service, for example between the client and the assigned driver during an active order, with service providers that help operate the platform, or when required by law.
6. Data storage and security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. Data is stored only as long as needed for service operation, legal, accounting, safety or dispute-resolution purposes.
7. User rights and deletion requests
Users may request access, correction or deletion of their data by contacting us at info@towride.com.ua. See also our Data Deletion page.
8. Children
TowRide applications are not intended for children. The service is intended for users who can legally request or provide towing services.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
