1. Service overview
TowRide is a platform for creating and managing towing service requests. The client application is used to request towing services. The driver application is used by drivers to accept and complete towing orders.
2. Accounts
Users must provide accurate account information and keep access to their phone number and account secure. Drivers may be required to provide vehicle and verification information before receiving orders.
3. Orders
Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup, destination and vehicle/order information. Drivers are responsible for safely and properly performing accepted orders according to applicable laws and service rules.
4. Location
Location is required for core platform functions such as route display, order dispatch, order progress and factual trip distance calculation. TowRide Driver may use background location while the driver is online or performing an active order.
5. Payments
If online payments are available, payment details, authorization, capture, refunds or adjustments may depend on the payment provider and order status. Cash or other payment methods may be available depending on the market and service settings.
6. Prohibited use
- Do not provide false account, order or driver information.
- Do not abuse the platform, create fraudulent orders or interfere with app operation.
- Do not use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or safety rules.
7. Availability
The service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, technical issues, network problems or third-party services.
