Client App Privacy Policy

Data collected in TowRide Client

• phone number and profile data for account access;
• pickup and destination addresses for towing requests;
• order history and order status;
• location data when needed to select pickup/destination points or show an active order;
• payment/order data if online payments are used;
• technical and diagnostic data required for app stability and security.

Purpose of processing

Data is processed to create towing orders, display routes and order progress, connect the client with the assigned driver, process service information, provide support and improve platform reliability.

Location

The client app may request location access to help select the pickup location and to display the progress of an active order. The client app does not need continuous driver-style background tracking.

Data sharing

Order information may be visible to the assigned driver when required to perform the service. We do not sell personal data.
